A year in review.

Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is the top financial hub in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. Our job was to revamp the annual report and accounts, given strict and outdated guidelines, into a stunning piece that showcases the center's prominence in the region.

Collaborating closely with the client to surpass their expectations, blending creativity with strategic insights to produce a sophisticated and visually appealing document. Our approach involved meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every word and design element aligned seamlessly with the institution's brand essence and values.

Inspired by the imposing yet elegant architecture of the centres main gate building, our design is simply a celebration of the centre and how it projects its presence in financial markets in the region and around the globe. Every mark used within comes the attention to detail within the buildings; architecture, material interior and even shadows cast. 

A new deconstructed pattern made from the brand identity, was die-cut for the cover and the final document secured by via Japanese stab binding with the same blue thread found within the interiors to represent the 7x’s that adorn the financial gate building.

The end result was a beautiful, ultra-tactile publication that was personally praised by the board and HRH.
